It all began with a simple visit to a rural village—a moment that changed everything. As a young engineering student, I witnessed the sheer brilliance of Indian artisans, their hands weaving centuries-old stories into fabric. Yet, despite their extraordinary skills, these artisans were trapped in a cycle of exploitation, earning mere pennies for weeks of intricate craftsmanship. The injustice was undeniable, and I knew I couldn’t turn away. This was the moment ThirdEye was born—a vision to restore dignity, value, and fair opportunities to artisans across India.

The Founder’s Vision

I’m Rozy Maindoliya, the heart behind ThirdEye. What started as a passionate initiative to train artisans soon transformed into a full-fledged movement to redefine the way the world perceives handmade fashion. I spent two years providing free training to artisans, not just refining their skills but also rebuilding their confidence in their craft. Today, these very artisans, once undervalued, are earning what they truly deserve, bringing back the pride in handwoven and handcrafted excellence. ThirdEye is not just a brand; it’s a revolution in the making.

At ThirdEye, we collaborate directly with artisans, cutting out middlemen to ensure they receive fair wages and recognition for their work.
